This place is brand new and located so centrally you can actually throw a stone at the TV Tower. Enjoy high ceilings, new plumbing, fresh sheets, an interior along the architectural lines of a smart hotel, and better yet a decent kitchen that serves remarkably good food. Located in a historically protected former department store, you can walk to Museum Island and enjoy all the bars and cafes of Mitte or simply stay put and enjoy the sunshine at their sidewalk café. Excellent value for money.

City Stay is really well set up. The bed was comfy and the room, very clean and secure. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Easy walk into town to see the main attractions of Berlin.

Awsome place! of all he Hostels i've stayed at, this is the perfect place for young travelers. Excellent location, low price, great service, super secure, recently renovated, and not to mention the CRAZY PUB CRAWL! Highly recomend this place ONLY to people that wanna meet other people and have a good time! I'll be back here!

VERY CLEAN, THE CLEANEST PLACE I STAYED IN EUROPE!

I've stayed at about a million hostels around europe and this one would have to be one of the best. Top hostel, in great location. Really clean and new with a nice restaurant/bar here as well, but a few lounges would be nice.

Citystay Mitte has one of the best locations of any hostel in Berlin. Located 1 minute from the rtain station and under the TV tower, you can find your way back without a map day or night. The hostel is clean, the rooms are nice, and the overall atmosphere is lovely. Ther are also many activities that depart from the hostel such as the pub crawl and walking tours. The only problem being it does not have a kitchen and you have to pay for breakfast, but they have an onsight restaurant and bar. Overall it was one of the highlights of my travels

the location was incredibly great. didnt expect it to be so near to the tourist spots. the toilets were very clean. highly recommended for everyone.

No real complaints. The location is amazing, right in the heart of former East Berlin. The breakfast for 4 Euros is not a bad option for one or two days. Definitely would stay again and recommend it to anyone.

This place ris really cool. IT is convient to get to and is right in the heart of Berlin. They have tours that pick you up there so there is always something to do. YOu can buy supper there and there is internet. IT's really clean and ther eis no cerfew. Very cool. There are also individual showers, which is nice.

New, modern, clean and spacious. Amazing location near Hackescher Markt and the TV Tower. Bar/restaurant had good food and good beer. Well stocked with info about the excellent city tours (we did New Berlin). Well worth a stay.

really nice place , real modern and good for the price you pay , close to the train , really clean ,beer garden , nice staff , just a really nice clean modern hostel really , better than most places i have stayed , jst make sure your not stupid like me and get directions before you go , its easy to find , but like i said im stupid .

Pretty close to a lot of the sights (Unter dem Linden sights, Museuminsel, for example). Nicer, and more formal, than a lot of the conventional hotels I've stayed in - I had to use a keycard three times before I got to my bed. Slept in a VERY spacious room; any other hostel would've tried to put about four more bunkbeds in the room (and that was a cheap room).

Good hostel, very clean and secure. Bar downstairs which is good for atmosphere, close to a marketplace with heaps of nice restaurants. Would definitely stay again, even shared bathrooms & toilets are all good standard and clean!

One of the best hostels for location I have stayed at, can be noisy at night sometimes if your wanting to get up early next day, but thats a minor critisism- apart from that an excellent hostel.

One of the best hostels we've stayed in, and we've stayed in dozens all around the world. They make a great coffee in the bar, but make sure you get clarity on when you laundry will be done.

The location was perfect, and I have never stayed in such a clean hostel. The other people staying there were a lot of fun, which made the experience even better. Really good food for a hostel, too

Awesome in every way, best hostel that ive stayed at.
Very large, clean shared room. Plenty of showers, sinks and toilets. Lounge downstairs with TV and all keycard controlled. All staff speak perfect english. Would definately stay here again.

cannot fault this hostel (in terms of hostels)...helpful staff, great bar, clean and modern rooms and highly secure with passes to get to the rooms. Would definitely stay again if I venture this way in the future

he staff was incredibly helpful. The only concern was that sometimes the hostel would have too few staff members working which caused long waits in a very busy hostel. Overall though, very fun.

Realy good hostel wtih great showers and good options for nights out and stuff. However lack of lockers in rooms was annoying.

Supergood location! It couldn't be better. The breakfast isn¡'t included, but they sell it 8and I think it's a bit too overprized...). Very clean dorms. There are plenty of shared bathrooms, so when you have to have a shower you don't have to wait. If you have to stay somewhere in Berlin, i would choose citystay for sure!

this is a fantastic hostel, u will not be disapointed. Berlin is dark. Wicked. Rock on!

a great place to stay if you like people, good staff, very clean, party atmosphere

was recommended it and it was just as good as they said. I would highly recommend it to others. Clean, friendly staff and great location. Easy to find your way as close to the big pink soccer ball tower. Really close to the metro and shops and had walking day trips etc. I also did the pub crawl and had a great time and danced til 5.30am.

extremely nice, large hostel. very clean and well-run. good location. the only problem would be the slamming doors on floor 2. hard to sleep with the loud booming everytime someone leaves or enters a room. but i'd stay again without a doubt.

Excellent hostel. Very clean and comfortable. Beautiful white linen, comfortable quiet rooms. 24 hour reception. Swipe card security throughout (no lockers in rooms but I always lock my pack to the bed with cable in a hostel anyway).
